The Trump Administration is enabling torture and sexual assault. Many of the people they’ve shipped out to CECOT are asylum seekers. Half had no criminal record whatsoever. These mass deportations to third-party countries must end.

In 2022, then-Senator Rubio wrote that failing to renew the TPS for Venezuelans would be a "very real death sentence”.

So, why does he support terminating the TPS now? He knows well that conditions in Venezuela haven't improved the sightliest.
