I really do enjoy No Meetings Fridays.

We adopted this a couple of years ago and only allow external meetings where they can't/won't shift.

Some weeks I get more done on a Friday than I do in the other four days in the week.

Q5: I have gained a renewed sense of connection with the QI tribe which I missed from the other place. I think I will do more exploring of the values of the project team in the early stages of a project and note them so we can refer to them.

I’ve no idea where the 90% increase in demand comes from either @policyskeptic.bsky.social Tho disagree on flujabs being in the cause hospitalised flu bed days impact flow for crit care & reg beds. Resp LOS redn imho fastest way to improve thruout safely & reduce >12hrs. Been there, done that
