Yes, law enforcement isn't exactly going to be anti-ICE...
...however, there isn't perfect overlap of uncritical support from typical 'back the blue' types for ICE and, say, regular police.
It's strategic to go with the flow that ICE is uniquely bad, gets more normies on board to meet the moment.
