Reminded (ta Jonathan) I received harsh criticism for thinking of folks imprisoned without the transnational clout of Roy. I remain true to an ethics of abolition politics, but got read as someone wanting Roy behind bars. Yet, Roy’s promoting her memoir & Umer Khalid & thousands are still in jail.
