Whatever you think of gun-loving right-wing demagogue Charlie Kirk who was shot today in Utah, this is bad news. This vigilanteism further opens the Pandora's box of political violence and over time no public figure will be safe – right, left or center.

Zohran Mamdani's campaign resumed door-to-door canvassing across the city today with an eye toward reaching voters who were not eligible to vote in the Dem primary. About 100 volunteers gathered at Prospect Park before leaving to talk w/voters in the nearby Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood.

I'm so glad I cancelled my NYT subscription earlier this year. I can scan their front-page headlines to see what they are up to and look elsewhere if I need to catch up on the topic. I don't need to pay people to insult my intelligence.

After binge watching Zohran's "rent freeze" ad yesterday, I can't wait to see what his campaign cooks up for "fast and free" buses.
I was there and kid you not: when Zohran said he wants to make buses fast and free, the room broke out in applause.

And after he finished speaking, dozens of 할머니s approached him to take selfies with him. Really adorable, wholesome stuff.
