I don’t repost these kind of comments much bc I don’t want to get a big head. But the fact we knew the shoot was winding down really fed into the ending and goddamn if Carson and Tango didn’t catch that feeling in every face
Lot of options (TV Glow, Sinners, Zone of Interest) but a small-scale one I really enjoy is the anti-climax of Eephus; it's just so perfectly awkward and lonely and human. Perfectly captures the feeling of getting important words caught in your throat right up until there's no more time to say them.
