As the @nuhw.org ⁦‪strikes in California near six months, eight workers have chosen to take a stand.

These workers have began a five-day hunger strike to symbolize the sacrifice of striking employees, and to continue drawing attention to their demands.

A group of 9 United Rentals workers in Fort Wayne, IN have been on strike since April 1st.

They are fighting to secure their first contract, which the International Union of Operating Engineers has been negotiation for over a year now.
