I had to charge yesterday (the Monday after Christmas - hell) and we hit high scores on patient volume. 100+ sick ppl that needed rooms and treatment. In the meantime I get a panicked phone call from mgmt that some local business guy was pissed bc we were giving "homeless people" rooms before him.
