Why does the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority have $100k+ fast electric car chargers behind a locked gate no one can use? Every other public body that has these fast chargers allows the public to use them.

Concerning to say the least we're building housing in the 14th largest city in the US without a plan for school facilities. This development is a 10! mile drive from the nearest and assigned elementary school (this development is in the Columbus school district)...
