I don't give money, or participate in Ai/cryptocurrency, I will block anyone that gives off that impression. I can only do what I can at home, because once it goes over seas, I have no way to know it didn't go to someone that's actively hurting people.

RIP Jesse Jackson, the renowned civil rights leader who worked alongside MLK Jr., founded the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, and once stopped by Sesame Street to remind kids that no matter where they came from, they are ‘somebody.’

For almost 3 mil, 113 kids got a home.
But you know what else 3 mill can buy? That watch Tom Brady gave his son. Actually the watch cost half a mil more.

I want to note that FDR, even though he signed the new deal, was responsible for signing into law Japanese internment camps as well as running for a third term. If trump wants to be the best president to block out his indiscretions, he should do what FDR did.Give us a cat toy as a distraction.

So...

I've been seeing a lot of Newsom hate going around. Frankly, good. Newsom sucks ass.

But what I'm NOT seeing much (at all?) is counter-proposals.

So... do we on the left have anybody that we'd LIKE to see run for president in 2028?

Because we need to start thinking about that NOW.

ALFORD: We're not doing the drop boxes, which led to a lot of mistrust during the 2020 election

BORIS SANCHEZ: Well, a lot of that mistrust was sewn by the president, who made repeated false claims about widespread election fraud when there was none

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but insulting potential voters isn’t going to win anybody over. Unless you care more about being right on the internet, than you actually do about winning elections.

I'd like to remind you all that Kamala Harris was one of the worst performers in the last primary she ran.

Her time as vice didn't do her any favors (clearly), and she is never going to get the left back.

I do not believe the reason kamala and Hilary lost is because they're women. I think it's because anyone excited to vote for a woman as president also doesn't want the first woman president to be a war crime supporting pro-deportation and police brutality imperialist.

Really disappointing @ifixit.com. Ip protection has no legs to stand on if we're to have a future with 3d printing. Because if ip protection is forced into programming, anyone could be charged just for having a file. What do you care about, forcing ip protection at the loss of consumer rights.-

Researchers have found that 6 of 10 abortion restrictions — bans on Medicaid funding for abortion, mandated waiting periods, 2nd-trimester abortion bans, ACA marketplace insurance coverage bans, biased counseling laws, and ultrasound requirements — were linked to higher rates of maternal mortality.
Laws restricting abortions linked to rise in 'abhorrently high' maternal mortality rates
Rising state-level abortion restrictions in the United States were linked to a similar, parallel rise in maternal deaths from 2005 to 2023, according to research presented at The Pregnancy Meeting. ...

Well, she’s not. Let’s learn why and how that happened and maybe focus on that instead of screaming at people who didn’t vote.

What the fuck is wrong with this guy. I was just writing about this Reagan today and referenced the time he laughed it up with Richard Nixon in 1971, calling a UN delegation from Tanzania monkeys and laughing that they weren't wearing shoes.

I am not voting for this guy so find a better candidate

The SAVE Act is an election power grab that could block millions of eligible voters.

Let’s be clear: we’ve already seen U.S. citizens detained by ICE despite having proof of citizenship. Now we’re supposed to trust this same government to police paperwork at the ballot box? tinyurl.com/yhwj7b77
New SAVE Act Bills Would Still Block Millions of Americans From Voting
