Broke college student.

I collect cassette tapes and other physical media.

I also talk a lot about a lot of topics.
(Tech, video games and anything else a broke college student might be interested in)
Oh wow is cloudflare down again?

So the race happened, and I spent 50 minutes bored out of my mind. Which speaks to the improvements of the technology. Four cars managed to finish the race, and only one crash due to a car stalling on the road.

But yeah, still a far way off from being road legal. So keep your hands on the wheel.
Guys if you really want to see the current state of automated cars without the chaff of Pro or Anti Tesla posts, this is the tip top tech in an ideal, closed circuit.

Last year, some cars didn't even made it to the finish line.
This weekend marks the return of a motor race consisting entirely of AI-driven single-seaters for 20 laps of Yas Marina.

Especially sucks when I disliked the movie cause I thought it had a terrible plot and kinda wrecked the trajectory of the trilogy. But now I say that and if you don’t know me you might accidentally surmise that I hate women and minorities.

I hate how everything is tied to everything else. Your favorite Star Wars movie is now a package deal with your preferred borders of Eastern Europe and favored faction in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict because fuck you, that’s why.

Remember how in the books, the encyclopedia galactica was a ruse for scientists to break away from the empire and create a new country ran by a council of scientists?

Hate to be presumptuous but these techbros are obsessed with creating their own breakaway nations so I don't like this at all.

Not an expert, but yeah, makes sense that decades of policy change and slow industry shifts made some impacts.

Some good news for once.

This chart shows hope. The International Energy Agency has graphed the trajectory we were on in 2014 and where we're now headed with regard to CO2 emissions. We need to get on the purple line and start reducing emissions significantly.

This chart shows that progress has actually been made on climate change
The possible trajectories are better than a decade ago, but still indicate significant global warming.

Of course it is dubai, the city where people piss their money away.

But if you want a good cup of coffee, get yourself a v60 and a bag of beans from your local roaster. Which is essentially what the cup shown in the video is, a pour over with a good grinder, and good beans to go with it.
World's most expensive coffee goes on sale in Dubai at $1,000 a cup.

The cafe plans to serve "around 400 cups" of the precious beverage brewed from Panamanian beans, Serkan Sagsoz, owner of Julith Café, tells AFP

The saddest and morbidly funny thing about collecting cassette tapes is that compilation albums are full to the brim with sex pests.
Anyways, I got my hands on a batman and robin movie album with musician R.Kelly.

it‘s “we use machine learning, including generative models which currently are at the forefront/are the most interesting, to solve a lot of problems and automate more things”
