I had a conversation with a real-life, college educated person yesterday who is absolutely convinced that Trump and Musk are going to expose not only fraud, but also "the pedos" and that they are all going to be hung. It is just unbelievably incoherent.
I spent some time reading Elon’s tweets this morning (one of my least favorite activities) and it’s hard to overstate how much he and his allies have constructed an alternate reality for their audience to believe in. In their world, Elon is a superhero fighting government fraud, like fanfiction

The Montana Constitution says: "Section 3. INALIENABLE RIGHTS. All persons are born free and have certain inalienable rights. They include the right to a clean and healthful environment..." The Montana Supreme Court is simply applying the plain language of the Montana Constitution, as it should.
