If combat hugging, sapient pangolins, cosmic horrors, space battles, sapphic romance, & interstellar piracy sound interesting, good news! My new book has all that & more, & just came out today & the first 2 books in the series are free!

Heist stories: Here's a complex plan we'll execute while the museum is deserted, that will use state-of-the-art tools, several fake-outs, decoys, make-up, & sneaking into the curator's house the night before to get his keys.

Louvre thieves: Right. We got a ladder and the museum's open. Ready lads?

My modest success as a writer is thanks to social media. Plus I've met a lot of amazing folks who've expanded my worldview.

Social media today is kinda hellscape-y, yeah, but it doesn't have to be.
Has anything great happened in your life because of social media?

Silksong and Hades 2 are amazing games. Phenomenal experiences. GotY is currently between them and Expedition 33 for me. I think unless some shocking new IP comes out before the end of the year, E33 wins it by juuuuust a hair.

Getting S-tier quality games like Silksong AND Hades 2 within a few weeks of each other is crazy.

I am FINALLY listening to Wrong Station in bulk and it hits such a sweet spot. For fans of classic horror radio plays and CBC's NIGHTFALL.
Hey new followers! We’re a podcast anthology of original horror & weird fiction. If you’re looking for a place to dive in, the recent episodes ‘What’s Back There’, ‘Roadside Attraction’, and ‘Snowrunner’ are great places to start.

Getting an early taste of autumn in Wales, which means I'm probably less than 4-6 weeks from breaking out the kotatsu again. Anyway, he's a pic of my staffy when she was just a puppy and the kotatsu was her personal security blanket if I wasn't around.

Noted billion-dollar company Steam unable to withstand influx for release of 3-person dev team's game. Anyway, I'm sure AAA studios will look at the response to this game and learn absolutely nothing from it.

I really miss this about pretty much all media. I feel like so many things are over-exposed before they even have a chance to arrive. Trailers get their own teasers now, teasers get previews, etc. I wish more things were just allowed to be mysteries until they're actually revealed.
I can’t think of any other time in modern video-game history that a game as highly anticipated as Silksong has arrived with no early reviews, impressions, leaks, guides, videos, or even forum teases.

Soon, everyone will be playing Silksong for the first time. It’s unprecedented and kinda beautiful

Had a dream where Hollywood remade Evangelion as a live action movie and cast Joe Pesci. Not as one of the existing characters, just… Joe Pesci in Evangelion.

If I was mega-rich and all my friends and family had been taken care of, and I'd given a lot to charities, and still had buckets of money left over, I'd do a less-tacky version of this. Basically the manor from "Clue" on steroids.
