Nor in any community, I should think. Parents may also want to decide for themselves how many dolls or pencils their children need, and not have their hands forced by run-amok prices caused by an entirely bananas tariff policy.
I asked my four-year-old about this idea today and I can report that this is not landing well in the four-year-old community
Trump: "I don't think a beautiful baby girl that's 11 years old needs to have 30 dolls. I think they can have three dolls or four dolls ... they don't need to have 250 pencils. They can have five."

Maybe time for the 25th?
The articles of impeachment write themselves
WELKER: Your secretary of state says everyone who's here, citizens and non-citizens, deserve due process. Do you agree?

TRUMP: I don't know. I'm not a lawyer. I don't know.

WELKER: Don't you need to uphold the Constitution?

TRUMP: I don't know

Now you know what NOT to buy and who NOT to buy from.

Thank you, PublicSquare

NEW: PublicSquare, a website that lets you search for businesses in your community that explicitly want you to know they endorse Trump/MAGA values, is backfiring as people use it to boycott those businesses. www.huffpost.com/entry/public...
Website For MAGA-Friendly Businesses Backfires As People Use It For Boycotts
Social media posts about PublicSquare have gone viral as Trump critics use it to find companies not to support – the opposite of what the site was set up for.

"The most brazenly corrupt thing a president has ever done."
“He’s actually selling access, personal access, to him and to the White House if people invest in this meme coin, which really has no intrinsic value,” said Virginia Canter, the chief ethics counsel for the watchdog group State Democracy Defenders Action and a former White House associate counsel.
New: We analyzed Trump's meme coin -

At least 27 crypto wallets have picked up $100 million worth of $TRUMP coins since his team said the top holders would join him for an "intimate private dinner."

Huge profit for Trump; "the most brazenly corrupt thing a President has ever done"

New in PN: Resistance is not futile

"Suddenly — signaled by resistance from the nation’s most elite universities — the weaknesses of the nascent Trump authoritarianism, and the potential for resilience within our nation in the face of his lawless assaults, are coming into focus."

If you're looking for a concrete action to take today--and you're a Visa cardholder--take 2 min and send an email to them today. 👇
If you’re a Visa cardholder you can let them know you won’t be any longer if they do business with fElon. I called and they said they’re taking comments at askvisa@visa.com. Maybe if enough of us complain they’ll pull the deal.

If he wasn’t a government official, I’d say this was the musing of a stupid man that we should shrug off. Instead it’s the taunting of a state actor who believes he possesses a royal prerogative to dispense with our laws.
In response to a post on X from @maxwellfrost.bsky.social showing the effort to get into the Department of Education building this morning, Elon Musk replied, "No such department exists in the federal government"

Yah, he's going to "take care of us" all right. Kind of like how Tony Soprano turns to Paulie Walnuts during a conversation about someone who's a nuisance to him and says "Take care of them."

Also never listen to a Republican congresswoman who makes seriously dreadful lipstick choices.
Rep. Carol Miller on Trump: "He's going to take care of us, just as he promised to do."

I'm having a little crush on Jamie Raskin right now. He has a piece of anatomy that I find particularly attractive in humans. It's called a spine.
Raskin: "Elon Musk, you may have illegally seized power over the financial payments systems of the Treasury, but you don't control the money of the American people. The US Congress does that under Article 1 of the Constitution ... we don't have a fourth branch of government called 'Elon Musk'"
