I write about music for the almighty Albumism.com massive. I do a hip hop podcast called Return To Zero. I occasionally have thoughts and sometimes I share them.

I podcast about music. Along with Urkel Moe Dee (who hasn't migrated here yet), we've done 100 episodes of Return to Zero. Give it a listen to learn about us and our expansive love for hip-hop culture. Plus, we talk Nickelodeon, hip-hop collectables and other stuff.

Rediscover Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth’s ‘The Main Ingredient’ (1994) | Tribute
Although their collaborative career was short-lived, the dynamic duo left us with two amazing LPs and one hell of an intro EP; an abbreviated catalog that outweighs far lengthier discographies.

Jay got a lot of flak for the obvious pop appeals on this album, but it really does feature some of his best material.

Muggs altered his production style a bit for this one, but it’s still true to form Cypress Hill music. Probably my second favorite project by the crew.

Onyx’s second album was their best. It’s bathed in pain and desperation. Great lyrical performances and production.

There have been many hip hop concept albums, but very few full fledged hip hop operas. This one is excellent, as Del mines his imagination and teams with Automator and Kid Koala to come up with an adventure in a dystopian future.

Update your brain matter, because someday it may matter.

If I have to see another post on here claiming there used to be good republicans and they got replaced by the baddies I’m going to fucking scream. The Southern Strategy was in the 1960s. Lee Atwater was giving speeches to these “nice people” where he just shouted the n word in the 70s
