Going to be hard to provide real assurances while the administration is trying to illegally cancel hundreds of obligated contracts, literally rob a bank to claw back disbursed funds from the financial agent for the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, and is defending those attempts in multiple courts.

It’s insane that the court system is incapable of stopping a tyrannical executive because *it takes too much time for cases to move*. So let there be more judges! Not to mention that one of the biggest causes of the broken immigration system for years has been too few immigration judges. Hire more!
yep, i kind of think you can use supreme court reform as a vehicle through which to do a large, and necessary, expansion of the entire federal judiciary
"Expand the number and types of inferior judicial officers like magistrate judges and bankruptcy judges overseen by district courts, which are also tripled in size," more and more people are saying.

It was an honor to work with Brian Egan and Tess Bridgeman on this important piece.

- The President did not have constitutional authority for the Venezuela operation.

- It also violated the "supreme Law of the Land" - UN Charter, which the Senate passed 89-2.

Social Security is a very successful, very popular program.

Its financing challenges are real, but can be managed with common-sense changes.

It emphatically does NOT need a radical restructuring, as several new proposals suggest.

Yesterday, we noted that this image — file 468 — likely slipped through the cracks while officials were attempting to hide materials pertaining to Trump.

Now, it’s gone.
