The story is just as awful as the headline. Michael Schmidt is such a sleazball. The fact that he married to Nicole Wallace is SUCH an “inconvenient fact” for @msnbc.com.
The story is as bad the post.

The reporter, Michael Schmidt, basically places responsibility for the statutory rape and exploitation of this girl on the victim and her mother, not Gaetz.

(Schmidt is also the journalist who “broke” the Clinton email server story and is married to Nicolle Wallace.)
A teenager in Florida with a homeless parent wanted money for braces and ended up having sex for money with powerful men, setting off a chain of events that would have a dramatic impact on her life and help upend the political career of Representative Matt Gaetz. nyti.ms/49PSkL9

The next time someone tells you that America isn’t a sick & racist country, just remind them that this nation is willing to accept treason, rape, and child abuse from a white president but not healthcare from a Black one.

I would love to hear her response if it was HER 14 or 15 year old daughter who was being raped by a 50 year old Epstein bro. Would it still be not such a big difference?
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

A performative lie from @RepTimBurchett, who said he was for releasing the Epstein files but didn’t sign the petition to please Trump — now tries to save face with procedural games.

Truly pathetic.

It all would have been much easier if, as would have happened if we were remotely a serious country, it all ended with the Access Hollywood interview.

In my opinion, one of the biggest revelations from the Epstein-Trump emails is that Michael Wolff -- who calls himself a journalist -- acted as a publicist and PR crisis manager for the most notorious sexual predator in recent memory.

And he did this for YEARS!

Late billionaire developer William Pulte referred to here is the grandfather of Bill Pulte.

Bill Pulte is director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) and chair of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac under Trump. He is behind the mortgage fraud charges against Trump adversaries like Letitia James.
The Kremlin disguised a nearly $100 mn payment to Trump in the form of a brokered real estate deal... and both Jeffrey Epstein and William Pulte were involved in the deal. That's very interesting.

It’s “NO” today.
And it’ll be “NO” when it gets to the House.
