When the #judiciary makes an adjudication that ignores procedure, overwhelming case law, consider if the adjudication is legal in terms of #human rights and rebuffs intervention by the losing stakeholders, but accepts intervention by the winners. Then the #judges have been likely subjected to #bias.

I have been, and remain, very critical of the Supreme Court decision in For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers. I have at least 15 fundamental criticisms of the judgment.

As coroners continue to issue PFD reports citing delays in accessing gender affirming care as contributing to the preventable deaths of trans people, our government forcibly chooses to detransition trans youth.

What’s happening in Brighton is unconscionable. It puts children in danger.

Meanwhile…
Please read this statement by Anne Health.

Trans children are being subjected by Sussex NHS to the physical torture of being forcibly detransitioned.

This is unnecessary cruelty and in my view constitutes torture, violence and child abuse on the part of NHS Sussex.

#MayaForstater views were said by the judge as "not worthy of respect in a modern day society". By linguistic trickery she convinced a judge she'd always had gender critical belief. But a belief in EA terms should not seek to remove rights. She actively trys to remove trans rights, its not a belief

#streeting is right to say patients shouldn't be racist. But they can't be ablist, #transist... either. NHS staff should be respected. He's #hypocrite #transphobic. There is an #NHS shame of suicides of trans youth, denied #pubertyblockers after bias #cass report

A disgusting myth is implied every time Phillipson mentions, she used to run a womens refuge, when talking about single sex space safety. That is that trans women are a danger in women's refuges. That is not the case and abused trans women also need that space.

Transactual shows the lived impacts of the F(S)W Supreme Court judgement. It didn't examine the previous law, human rights implications and exceeded its scope.
It has created alarm, despite no evidence of harm by trans people vs cis people in any single sex spaces.

A surreal move by the "EHRC" chair, as we don't know what her code is "advising". The SC though made it clear the judgement only affects those with a GRC.

To quote her "it is the Equality Act that businesses need to implement".

i.e. not her interpretation!

Well by the polls they don't represent many Labour voters. I habe voted Labour for most of my life. I will never do so again. Starmer has destroyed the Labour parties integrity, despite his stated intent to do the opposite. In my opinion he has clearly lied in the past to gain votes. It's disgusting
I wonder who the right of Labour thinks it represents? The Party it is running is despised in the country and the deputy Leadership election doesn't suggest it has support in the membership. Rupert Murdoch? Lawyers for Israel? Donald Trump? It's not much of a constituency...

The Lineham incitement to kick someone in the genitals should not be dropped. His hate is not free speech. Incitments of violence against women are his disgusting comments. History shows that. Look at Nazi atrocities.

Free speech should never be hate speech. Not surprised by the police though..
