Sorry to hear that any woman who's had a hysterectomy is automatically a man, now. Sperm hitting a dead-end makes you a bloke, time to change the gender marker on all your documents and choose a male name.

What's that Barbara? Your husband jizzed in a condom? Guess you're Brad, now. Happy birthday.
But they're arguing for sex segregation...?!?
The arguments aren't even coherent, but perhaps legally somehow they are, because of "biological sex" bullshit?!?

What a twisted mess... all to try and persecute a tiny minority they dislike.
28/ The judge asked many questions. He first asked why that would be the case. Cross replied that it would amount to sex discrimination because a cis man would be unable to access the facility.

The reality (that trans people exist and are under attack from hate groups, political class and media) hasn't changed.

What has changed, is the hate groups, with support of wealth and political support, have become institutional and are trying to shame anyone who dares stand up for what's right.

This year I got a pay rise worth ~£300 after all taxes paid.

Also this year, HMRC sent me a letter telling me my employers underpaid my income tax by just over £300.

The universe is fucking with me 🤣🤣🤣

As we start Trans Awareness Week, we can no doubt expect to see an increase in anti-trans hit-pieces from the Torygraph and every other outlet and individual that wants to "balance" the value of trans lives with their desire for our eradication from society.

Stay strong 🫶🏻✊🏻🏳️‍⚧️⚧️
Or, translated:

“We didn’t punch down on or vilify trans people sufficiently for the Telegraph’s liking.”

How many years away are we from having a “both sides” factor when discussing gay people, I wonder?

The only way this will cut waiting lists, is by preventing people from being added to them as a result of nobody being there to do that job. More likely, they'll try to implement some sort of fucked AI that'll send people all over the shop with dodgy advice, increasing waiting lists unnecessarily.
I find the glee here about making thousands of hard working NHS staff redundant - and simultaneously therefore ensuring that clinical staff's workloads are increased even further with administration tasks they didn't sign up for - both tone deaf and distasteful.

Ain't that the truth.
It reminds me of this quote from the person who called every single person in Maxwell’s black book: www.motherjones.com/politics/202...

Please read!
1/🧵 Today at 10:30am, High Court in London, Court 1, before Mr Justice Swift, R (Good Law Project, on the application of) v Equality and Human Rights Commission, a rolled-up hearing for judicial review of EHRC’s “interim update” (Day 1 of 2)

No live reporting, sorry.

This is the reality.

Not just in the BBC, but in many corporate businesses, leadership drives policy towards bigotry in line with the Overton window.

"Balance" is introduced in the same way as flame to a boiling frog.
@alastaircampbell.bsky.social speaks openly about SENIOR members of the BBC being “so far over in the JK Rowling (read: ‘gender critical’ obsessive transphobe) camp”

Let’s just stop and think about this for a moment…

Why not ban anything that's designed with the sole intention of extorting money from people, vulnerable or otherwise and which has no beneficial role in society?

Ban usury.

Ban payday loans and instead give people access to the essentials they need, by taxing the people who stole from them.

Anti-trans people: "Trans people should advocate for their own emancipation and spaces, not rely on the success of feminism"

Trans people: *stand up for themselves*

Anti-trans people: "TRANS CULT! TRANS LOBBY! TRANSGENDER AGENDA! TRANS AL-QAEDA! GET THE TRANSES OFF TV! MEN! MALES!" etc...

British politics = you're going out but your hair needs a wash, so you use dry shampoo, which makes it worse so you add argan oil, it goes greasy, wash it quick without conditioner and it flips out when you dry it, you straighten it but humidity makes it explode, then someone spills a drink on you.

If you had parents who were accepting of and positive about you being LGBTQ+ in your childhood, I'm very happy for you. This is how things should be, a supportive household that allows you to explore who you are, so you can enter adulthood a complete and happy person.

How many trans people have the BBC had on this week discussing the BBC's pro-trans bias?

Zero.

Nothing illustrates the arseholery of the IOC and the British Press more than the use of the image of a not-Trans woman to illustrate a story about trans women being banned (because there are no current trans women competing at this level)

BNPL services should not be allowed to sell themselves as in any way beneficial. They exist to extort people who're already in financial difficulty and are the product of a system that's peogressively stripping welfare from the most vulnerable members of our aociety.

Just found out that an old sim card I put in my phone by accident, assuming it was still an active data account, isn't being charged to me... but still has a data connection and a new number?!?

I have... a free phone number with data... just no voice calls 😅

What this policy will do is wreak havoc on intersex women who will have had no idea they were intersex until they are forced to undergo an invasive DNA test. They will be disqualified and have their entire lives upended. Athletes have completed suicide over this.

Purity policing women... but what about men with unusually high testosterone???
The people impacted by this paragraph are cis women.

Historically predominantly from Global South countries.

This is misogyny and racism disguised as transphobia for effect.

Having to explain, as calmly and gently as possible to the Dr in the hospital that you actually would rather they didn't put anything about you being trans into the all-clear diagnosis on the breast scans, because it's not relevant and was a long time ago, only for them to appear upset/worried...
