Educational Psychologist now retired but remaining passionate about making education work for all children. Cancer survivor. Quiet times with knitting, reading and my allotment.
Just back from A & E. Miss step with the cardio rehab programme. Flew off the end of the treadmill and landed flat face down. Some big bruises and a small facial cut that needed attention but nothing broken. The gym was great, as was the QEH, now a quiet evening with painkillers and a good book.

If trustees are investing reserve funds and money needed to run the cashflow then that's sensible but charities aren't meant to have 'surplus cash'. We 'invest' all our funds in staffing and resources because that's what you're meant to do.

Interesting study on teacher talk suggests it varies more by teacher style than as result of school systems or instructional format. Novices reprimand more, experienced command more. And classes with more black students experience more exclusionary discipline. #edpsychs

The brilliant Marsh family nail it again. Divine harmonies and brilliant parody. Such a talented family.
Huge happy 80th birthday this week to the legendary #DollyParton 🎉- we are marking it with a parody of her 2nd number 1 hit, written by the #BeeGees. Our 🎶 version's called "Donald's Sewage Stream" - since he brought his sick drivel to #Europe #Davos #NATO & our #armedforces:

Good strategy. Give them names of those lost to share with the American public.
There is also lack of accountability following making these comments, but every US Ambo should be pulled into their host countries (who lost personnel) Foreign Depts to apologise.

Trump accuses others of Trump derangement syndrome because we dont see how great he is. Read his post and marvel at his distorted view of the world..
Like many dictators, he genuinely thinks people love him. Despite the evidence.
