I’m so disappointed. I live in New Hampshire too, so it makes me extra mad because I voted for Jeanne Shaheen and Maggie Hassan. Never again. They’re Republicans in disguise, probably getting paid well for it too.
Tonight’s Senate vote on the federal government shutdown should have been a time for strength.
Instead we saw capitulation and a betrayal of working Americans.

I disagree. We have a President, V.P., Speaker of the House, 53 Republican Senators. 15 Cabinet members. That's 72 people from the Republican Political Party. Our population is over 340 million people. I do not agree to allow 72 (Not too bright) people to topple the United States Government.

Regarding the ballroom, I think Trump is building a bunker. There’s a reason there’s no plans, permits or approvals. At $2,500 to $3,333 a square foot it costs 2x more than any contractor says it should. It’s a bunker. That should scare the hell out of everyone.
