🇺🇸 The U.S. leads gov-to-gov refs by a wide margin. 🇬🇧, 🇩🇪, 🇨🇦, 🇦🇺 follow. Also, 30 countries—mostly Least Developed—were never cited.

With graduation this week, there are hundreds of Harvard students in their graduation regalia with their proud parents from all around the world.
