Erica is right of course, but what bothers me about discourse around Canadian healthcare is there are only two options people put forth: double down on our broken system or shut it all down and go American. What are the smart and effective ideas and policies other countries have adopted?
I want every Canadian on here to read this 🧵 I can’t believe some of the shit I hear from y’all about healthcare. The out-of-pocket costs will bankrupt you. So I encourage every Canadian who thinks it’s better down there to move to the U.S. and experience if a private system gives better care
