Let us not forget the Electoral College...
The next Democratic President's first priority should be to expand the Supreme Court and then have Citizens United overturned. Then, get a Democratic Congress to reinstate McCain-Feingold. Separate but equal was overturned as undemocratic and Citizens United should be too.
