Taking this even further, the only other player of the 60 players drafted in the 2018 NBA Draft who remains with his original team?

Mitchell Robinson of the New York Knicks.
With Jaren Jackson Jr. being traded, the only player drafted in the first round of the 2018 NBA Draft that is still playing for the NBA team he originally debuted for is Miles Bridges of the Charlotte Hornets.

And Bridges was drafted by the Clippers and traded to the Hornets.

Every trade Tim Connelly made had the trusting of Anthony Edwards elevating his game towards being the best in the sport.

Every trade David Griffin made had the belief that Zion Williamson needed leadership in the locker room.

Both executives were proven right.

Yesterday, Zion Williamson hit 26 games played in a row, which is a career high. I know there might be a tendency to poke fun at it, but I think it's important to call out the work he's put in to correct stuff

Clippers don’t wanna pay anyone past 2026-27?

Bet.
February 3, 2026 at 6:27 AM
Money.

It’s always about the money.
Here’s my question.

Why would James Harden want out?

- The Clippers are playing well.

- He lives in the best city in America with an NBA team, particularly if you’re extremely wealthy.

- His role seems to fit at this stage of his career.

What city/team can possibly offer something this good?

Pelicans don’t have enough NBA players.
Borrego did the wings and big lineup which worked well and then decided to close every game with Jose and/or Fears out there. Does not make sense
