working at a film lab made me realize that there are a million film stocks and development processes and you should pretty much always just shoot kodak film at box speed and develop normal. everything else is just slightly more mid

at home projectors? terrible! unless you spend like $10k on it and also have a dedicated at home theater now your movies are barely visible unless it’s night and even they have awful contrast and resolution! bad. go to the movies
