How does FOIA work for presidents that have non consecutive terms? Are trump-45 presidential records available for request this year or do we have to wait until 2034 for both terms? (assuming the federal government is vaguely intact)

If the executive wields pardon power and/or presidential immunity to shield the entire executive branch from judicial review and subsequent contempt, is that effectively an entirely-legal coup if congress doesn't intercede?

Here’s the thing I don’t understand: if you’re running an international company, what’s the incentive to move manufacturing domestically instead of just weathering four years of recession? The capital investment to build domestic production seems like it would cost more than lost revenue
