I don't mind much if I'm just doing something simple, but getting in the headspace for something that requires focus and attention, only to be suddenly yanked out of it, is extremely frustrating.
Few things piss me off like being interrupted by having a sudden chore dropped on me while I'm in the middle of something.
I already had my activities today mentally planned out and scheduled, either tell me ahead of time or leave me alone.
