You know how in dreams a house represents yourself? I had a dream last night that water was rising all around my house, to the roof covering the tallest windows. So that's how I'm doing mentally today. 😮💨 I will say in my dream all the windows were closed & the water did recede fast though.

Today is a rough chronic illness day so I'm taking it easy. One thing that often makes me feel just a tiny bit better is putting on clean clothes. Could be a simple dress or just a different nightshirt and just to stay in bed.
