Western Hudson Bay polar bears are moving west (& a bit north). The new ear tag radios just deployed are shown in purple. Peak feeding period for the bears soon - bearded seals will pup soon & they're a tasty snack. We're seeing lots of ringed seal pup kills but no adults taken.
