Had my first healthcare worker refuse to mask for me.
My chart is documented that I’m immune compromised & require staff to mask. The facility had a policy that if asked, staff will wear.
I was told “no I need to breathe to do my job”.
I stood firm & said I’m high risk and masks are required 🧵

There’s speculation that COVID can damage the parts of the brain responsible for risk assessment and empathy. This might explain some of the changes we’ve seen in people and society the last few years.

Two reasons why I won't vote for Doug Ford. He is a conservative and cannot be trusted because of that alone. Secondly, Starlink. That $100,000,000 contract with Musk needs to be stopped. We just told The Yam to shove off, don't give Musk keys to the front door.

Sigh. Just spoke with my mom on the phone at her LTC facility. She sounds awful. Spoke to one of the LTC nurses, and they've done a c*vid pcr test on her. If it's positive, it's the 4th time she's been infected at the facility. This is awful.😢🤬
