Honestly, feels like last election cycle was proof that online activism had died, at least for the left. Fascism came to the door and many of these online folks stayed home. Thats l a failure.

I have hinted at my ICE activism this year (won't go into detail im public spaces) but I've also spent a lot of time with Texan ranchers talking about the beef industry, tariffs, and why Trump created the entire problem. Most beneficial talks I have ever had, I think.
I think a good way to influence people is to get off the internet and meet them without judgment

Spent my entire year in therapy, lifting weights, Journaling, and reading. I needed to refocus, to understand myself without alcohol in my life, I needed to grow discipline, and I did it. Proud of myself this year, and I feel more ready than ever to achieve my goals.

Anyway there really is nothing quite as humbling as having to buy tires, you know? They're expensive AND necessary AND regularly needed juuuuust enough to really fuck you up. Needing to buy a tire has never been the end all of a bad day but it is certainly its harbinger.
