Well, I had my first major surgery, and it went very well. First pic is the last one of that version of me before the op. I am recovering day 4 post-op, and all I can eat is very time things, smoothies, or very soft food. I tried to eat my bowl of noods down 1 by 1, but gave up. Back to smoothies!

I have never used protein powder before. Does anyone have recommendations? This is for making liquid diet shakes/smoothies after a surgery. Not for working out or anything like that. Thanks in advance!
