I am a Marylander and he is the only one, and trust me when I say nearly all of us hate him and are ashamed that this is what the eastern shore did.

I am also recovering from my first important surgery, and to think that it's possible that I could lose access to my care, or that I won't be able to finish the things I need to do, is just... horrible.

I don't think I got my old one back either, just the new one. I don't know if they destroy the old ones, or hang onto them.

Yep. They haven't committed to it administratively. It would be wiser for them to wait since it's still in litigation.

This directly impacts me. I received my updated passport during the injunction period and had to sign that ridiculous attestation form.

That sounds nice, but I don't think that will work out well for me if they revoke it and I attempt to use the correct one. I am incredibly dismayed at this. Not surprised, but it's just another gut punch to me and people like me.

@chrisgeidner.bsky.social I just got mine back with my correct info when this was blocked earlier. So does this mean they are going to revoke and send me an incorrect one now? Or is his only moving forward with new passport applications? I hate it here.
