I'm not unhappy to see the back of Tim Davie and Deborah Turness, but this whole thing is so stupid. Trump DID incite violence. This is like the BBC editing a speech to "make it look like" he said 2+2=4. Like, maybe the edit was unclear, okay, but 2+2 IS 4, so... what's the problem?

I wanted to get a video of this ghost crab but every time I got close to their hole they scuttled back in, so I tried getting clever with it. I made a little sandcastle and shoved my phone into it, hit record, and walked away. Crab was VERY suspicious of this addition to their environment.

You can call Nigel Farage a great many things but he knows a vote winner when he sees one. So now we're in this bizarre situation where Reform are preparing to outflank Labour on both social and economic liberalism by opposing the Online Safety Act and not guaranteeing the pension triple lock.

My Reddit account is nearly 13yo and Reddit now wants me to confirm if I'm over 18yo, so presumably they think it's possible I created the account when I was 5. Or perhaps that I am several children in a trenchcoat.

I like filling my steel insulated water bottle with the chilled tap water at work before I leave, then enjoying ice cold water from it in the evenings. It carries a strange satisfaction, as if it were stealing, but in a tame and boring and actually very legal way.

I wasn't a huge user of the em dash before the surge in LLM popularity, but I did think it an underrated and underused punctuation. Now that people assume any text with an em dash is AI generated, I'm using 'em a lot more because I *dare you* to accuse me. The machines shall not take my dashes.
