When players say "I dont find this part enjoyable" The answer from AAA is always "okay, we'll remove it completely" and never "okay we'll work to make this part enjoyable." The latter is more difficult and the former is cheaper. Buy indie games.
I think nintendo got too scared when "some people didn't like the backtracking in prime 1 & 2" and ended up cutting out like the entire defining aspect of the series in future installments. fundamentally misunderstanding why people like these games
