This should be front page news. DOJ doesn't release files of ongoing investigations. Bondi opening a new investigation prevents the Epstein files from being released.
They just found a way to redact whole sections of the DOJ file from public release
Breaking News: Pam Bondi assigned a prosecutor to look into Jeffrey Epstein’s ties to prominent Democrats including Bill Clinton, at President Trump’s urging.

Did not realize that Maggie Hassan had been in a coma for the past year.
Hassan: With the government reopening shortly, Republicans now finally have to come to the table. Or make no mistake, Americans will remember who stood in the way.

Hey, Jeanne, this isn't "working together." This is giving in to the other side without getting anything in return. That makes you a doormat, not a Senator.
Shaheen: "When I talk to my constituents in New Hampshire, you know what they say to me? They say, 'Why can't you all just work together to address the problems that are facing this country?'"

Dem voters: We want politicians to fight like hell.

Chuck Shumer: I'm too old and too tired for this so I'll just throw in the towel. No, I want to keep my job, I just don't want to actually do it.

Add this to the very long list of impeachable offenses.

Hey @60minutes.bsky.social ,
Why did Norah O'Donnell fail to mention the pending Paramount merger that was approved after this bribe was paid to Trump?
Trump seal of approval for news seems problematic

Kristi Noem continues to say that assaults on ICE agents are up 1,000%.

DOJ is deliberately prosecuting these frivolous cases to gin that number up, and they want to use it as a pretext for deploying the military in US cities.
“I’m a law-abiding citizen who never thought I’d be of such interest that the U.S. government would use my tax dollars & yours to try to send me to prison…[after being] manhandled by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent trying to remove my phone from my hand.”

Opinion | A jury of my peers agreed that the feds wrongly charged me for watching ICE
I believe that filming what federal agents were doing that day counted as basic human decency.

This game will end with an inside the park homer because the left fielder fell asleep.

They're trying to provoke a violent response so they can send in the troops. Watch.
🚨BIG changes happening -- ICE leadership is being purged tonight. The old guard, which prioritized targeted enforcement operations aimed at people with criminal records, is being replaced with Border Patrol and Gregory Bovino's "Midway Blitz" style.

Think things are bad now? It'll get worse.

As impeachable offenses go, this is pretty freakin' high up the ladder.
Breaking News: President Trump wants $230 million from the Justice Department for investigating him, people familiar with the matter say. Any settlement might ultimately be approved by senior department officials who defended him or those in his orbit. nyti.ms/4hmIi5X

Someone needs to tell Gorsuch that it's coming from inside his house.
Meanwhile, Justice Gorsuch is nodding along to oral arguments at the Supreme Court about how there’s no racism in politics anymore
This guy was a clerk for Justice Gorsuch. Anyone want to argue this is not a racist (and damn stupid) taunt?

1. This water thing never happened.
2. This is impossible because there are mountains between the Pacific Northwest and Southern California.
3. He has told this lie dozens of times.
Trump on LA: "They already lost 25k houses to fire because they wouldn't let the water come in from the Pacific Northwest. They didn't do it and we had 25k homes where they had no water in the sprinklers, they had no water in the fire hydrants. We broke in and had the water come down."

God was in trouble but these guys saved his bacon. Yeah, these two guys right here.
Eric Trump: "We're saving Christianity. We've saving God. We've saving the family unit. We're saving this nation. I mean, DEI is out of the window, Benny. You no longer have Colin Kaepernick kneeling for the national anthem. You no longer have Budweiser going woke as hell. All of this is dead."

Just in case there was any doubt about which side he is on.
Trump on Ukraine: "They'd like to have Tomahawks. We talked about that. We'll see. I might have to speak to Russia, to be honest with you, about Tomahawks. Do they want to have Tomahawks going in their direction? I don't think so."

SCOTUS is using the shadow docket to overturn decades old precedent, overruling lower courts that followed that precedent as they should. This is a gross abuse of the shadow docket and she needs to be called out for it everywhere she goes.
Amy Coney Barrett defends heavy use of the shadow docket: "If we wrote a long opinion, it might give the impression that we have finally resolved the issue, and in none of these cases have we finally resolved the issue."
