Ford just put every renter in Ontario into an even more precarious position. This is a clear and present danger to the 1.7 million renters in Ontario.
In particular, they want leases to no longer necessarily remain in effect indefinitely, so that landlords have more options for creating tenant turnover.

This is bs. Ethical ai is impossible without creating an entirely new ai model from scratch. No pretrained data no midjourney use etc. Considering the illegally collected datasets needs to continuously grow for ai to produce anything useful. An actual ethical ai would produce terrible results.

Pet peve of mine: people saying "stonewall was a riot" undermines and simplifies the years worth of activism the people who were involved in stonewall participated in afterwards. Without STAR or other organizations that were created or changed cus of a riot, the stonewall riot would be meaningless.

Forever 2014, mostly cus of the potential this series had due to its premise. Like the idea of an immortal character been living for centuries and can use that knowledge and experience while trying to learn more about why he is immortal is such a great idea. Yet it only got one season and no answers
