One of the coolest things about publishing a book in Norway is that the gov will automatically buy 1k copies, 1.5K if its a children's book, these will then be distributed to all the libraries.

In our hearts, many guests come and go. Hatred, disappointment, and worry disrupt our peace, often returning even when they leave. Yet love, care, friendship, and intimacy—gentle guests—also visit. Be kind to them, for they stay longer. At this moment, who's in your heart?

If you want to worry, ask: Are you sick? Does it hurt? If not, don’t worry. If sick, can it be cured? If yes, don’t worry. If not, is it fatal? If not, don’t worry. If fatal, heaven or hell? If heaven, don’t worry. If hell… are you the type? In the end, there’s nothing to worry about.

We overestimate the need for (re)action. No need to run ahead of the water, scraping a channel downhill. It will find it's own way.

Allow human interactions to evolve naturally, as much as possible. No need to agitate. All behaviour—good, bad, gentle and strong—comes and goes.
