Pasadena / Altadena: Had to return to the hood for another ins inspection & I see this guy roaming the streets. He drank tons of water from my hands. Was coaxing him into my car & the cops rolled up.. Found at corner of Mentone & Del Monte. Now at Pasadena Humane. PHS intake ID # A519983
