i think what gets overlooked is that part of the humor and charm of edits like these is that you're perfectly aware that someone sat down and spent their own time making it. they chose to do something cool or silly or stupid or genius, regardless of the results

iirc the dev has said that in the current version of the game perks become available much faster than they will in the full release for playtesting purposes, no idea what that will look like though. spending attribute points for them is an idea that fills me with dread /pos

Just so it's clear. It's not allowing AI because it's trying to create a clean dataset for training AI. It's not because any of the involved parties actually care about human created art.
