one thing i keep thinking about is how there is simply no way to design a constitutional system that can resist authoritarian incursion if participants in that system do not actually care that much

@mta.info currently on car 454 rear of St George bound SIRR. It is banging very hard against the track rocking the unusually hard on its chassis. Please check it out. More prominent on curves. Seems to have settled down. Some of us startled.
