Civil Rights Act of 1964 passed into a year AFTER I was born. De facto American slavery by other vile rebrands finally ended the day that act became law. 60 years&I’m not going back and neither is anyone else. Time for a new paradigm and alliance building

Two key moments happened in Félix Vallotton’s life in 1899: he married his wife Gabrielle (seen here slumbering in bed), and he decided to fully commit himself to painting rather than the more profitable line of engraving.

'Rain on Princes Street,' is one of a small number of Fururist pictures Stanley Cursiter painted in 1913 which capture the sensation of modern life: people, colours, objects, and sounds - these works brought him major critical attention at home.

There is a story that Alberto Morrocco's wife Vera, seen here at the breakfast table in the 1950s, was constantly searching for missing bowls, plates and jugs that had been commandeered for a still life, what her husband called a more important purpose than originally intended.

Trump’s “enraged” that the media is giving major news coverage to what everyone sees: the age, the decline, the not so slow fade. And he can’t spin it away.

Bonus: folks online are calling him “Sleepy Don” because he keeps nodding off in meetings like it’s nap time at Mar a Lago.

Keep it up 👊🏽

He’s not warning critics — he’s signalling panic.
When corporations start hesitating because contracts aren’t enforceable under authoritarian chaos, they blame “mean words about Trump” instead of admitting the regime has shattered legal certainty. 👇
Todd Blanche is now warning lawyers who criticize Trump's Justice Department:

The DOJ's No. 2 official suggested that lawyers might have a harder time winning lenient treatment for corporate clients if they've publicly accused the Trump administration of being lax on white-collar crime.

We document it so no one can deny it.

He called it one of the most troubling things he’s seen in public service.

The American people need to see what Hegseth ordered.

Show us the video.

Our kids were little, and we lived in Malaysia, when current HepB vax approved in 1986. Our doctor in KL told us how great it was for our kids to get this protection so early in life. I got my shot too. Deb was then very sick w HepA, from trip through China. Got her shot later

This ruling is evil
This regressive move will literally kill people. It's making kids' liver cancer great again. And it's a sign of more harm to come.

"“There is a chance that the US will betray Ukraine on territory without clarity on security guarantees,” Macron said according to the English language notes of the call that DER SPIEGEL has obtained."
"We Must Not Leave Ukraine and Volodymyr Alone with These Guys"
DER SPIEGEL has obtained notes from a conference call involving EU leaders - including Germany's Friedrich Merz and France's Emmanuel Macron - showing just how little trust Europe has in Washington.

I cannot imagine the level of moral bankruptcy to describe the actions of people whose boat has just been hit by a missile from nowhere (this was the FIRST such strike) and who were most likely making a desperate attempt not to drown in the ocean as trying to "stay in the fight."
Q: What did you see in the second strike?

Cotton: "I saw two survivors trying to flip a boat -- loaded with drugs, bound for the United States -- back over, so they could stay in the fight."
