I do think that Putin will improve his military strength and will attack the EU. At this point in time in the future, we probably wish we would have acted more seriously to help Ukraine and bring Russia down to its knees

We all know this was just to improve US support, Europe already knows: Russia needs to be crushed, Russia does not want peace because as soon as this happens it collapses. So now we need Russia to collapse in order to have peace afterwards.

The West does not want Ukraine to lose, as this would weaken its geopolitical position. Yet, it has never provided sufficient aid for a decisive victory and refuses to offer security guarantees, like boots on the ground in a peace deal. Sorry, but you can't have it both ways

Sorry, but lowering the draft age to 18 for the sake of getting more manpower while partners still spend months and years weighing the risks of escalation with every single weapon and equipment type that Ukraine begs for does not seem to look like a good long-term strategy.
