Treating people as people without being self aware of racial dynamics & your privilege as white person when you interact with people of color is going to result in inadvertent microagressions, if you are sincere about anti racism you should be aware of this.
I always try to interact with people as people because ultimately we are all people. Might sound weird but that's me.
