“I think anyone defending the actions of Hamas as ‘freedom fighters’ or otherwise rationalizing the attack or claiming the Israeli government forced Hamas to murder innocent civilians are more than likely antisemitic and completely unserious adults.”

And to that end, my earlier offer stands indefinitely: Long-haulers, anyone with related chronic illnesses, or any of their friends/family/carers/doctors, can request a copy of any of my long COVID or MECFS pieces by emailing edyong210@gmail.com.

Whenever I write about long-covid or ME, I get waves of emails from chronically ill folk who say they feel seen and heard.

But with this piece on fatigue (and PEM), I'm *also* hearing from healthy people saying that they finally get what their loved ones are going through.

Which feels amazing.
Fatigue Can Shatter a Person
Everyday tiredness is nothing like the depleting symptom that people with long COVID and ME/CFS experience.

Came across this quote by Rainier Maria Rilke in a book I'm reading

“Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love.”

Want to repeat that this is for newskies who were hearing vague references but had no where to look. People are free to fill in gaps/add in threads, articles, etc of relevant info for people to be aware. Save link to post as this will be the only organized thread. Thanks.
Making one concentrated thread people can bookmark to be aware of things that happened on BlueSky. Others are free to throw in things that can be left out. Just posting articles I know of but to not have things scattered anymore (regard antiblackness , moderation, etc)
