I think more teams should make it a requirement and track each members soloq playtime since from ancedotal experience being willing to play the game more to improve usually shows in ur numbers as well (I upped my x peak on every mode but zones this season, and my series power is 2k+)

Soloq in general theres unfortunately a big stigma around but like
In terms of raw amount of games to playtime, its the best use of your time, people primarily go into it just to play it to play it and not in line with their goals and don't stop when they need to, imho

if your only goal is to get better and you can set aside your ego or desire to win fast, you really do not need anything else
pretty sure i could start over from complete fresh account and find my path to improvement reasonably quickly
