Rent should be capped at 40x whatever the minimum wage for that county is. 40x7.25=290 or 40x15=600, it’s an economic break for those who earn so little and right sizing rents which due to corporate greed have exploded nationally.

I think if Mike Johnson hadn’t held up adalita grijalva’s confirmation for almost 50 days the senate might have deliberated the bill, but I think his obvious obstruction of justice was too much for them and they all passed it without comment. Good job, Mike! Way to get justice accidentally!

We will urge the *full* Ninth Circuit to vacate today’s decision by a three-judge panel, before illegal Guard deployments can occur. A Ninth Circuit judge has already called for a vote on whether the case should be heard by the full court. Our team will file a brief encouraging the court to do so.
