The opening of Bigger Picture by Sarah Julia has a real Fleetwood Mac sound to me.

Europe desperately wants the US to be Normal Again so it doesn’t actually have to engage with any of the hard work (and spending) that engaging with reality actually involves.

So if Rubio gives a speech with ~better vibes~ it gets lapped up, even if it’s meaningless on substance.
Jesus Christ, a standing ovation? For an apologist for a regime which is buying warehouses to build concentration camps and murdering protesters on the street?

Had to go and have a look at X at one point. I found loads of apparently 'left wing' people there arguing with each other? Like it was 2016. Absolutely unfathomable when you don't need to be on it for work or something. Incomprehensible they don't know who they're funding.

Of course he did! Everyone knew he would, he knew he would, Congress knew he would. The creation of ironic fictions is part of the point. Shows they can say and do anything they like.

Outstanding. A triumph for liberty and against unrestrained state power. The government should be ashamed of having to be forced into this position.

It’s alive! My new desk setup with the huge 43-inch screen. I’m going to need a longer USB-C cable for the camera.

Also, when my MacBook Air is paid off, I think I’ll get another Mac mini to drive my desk setup.

Writing a book worth reading *should* take time. It should take effort. The crafting of it and the thinking in it go hand in hand. And the rewards, for both the author and the readers, come from that effort. That the AI bros don't understand this is disturbing and revealing.

Ratcliffe is, quite obviously, factually, morally & intellectually wrong about immigration. But his racist comments will be 'both-sided' everywhere because people who simply don't like seeing non-white faces aren't ashamed to say so anymore.
