amazing how the entire machine can pivot within 24 hours. no need to slowly upsell the argument; just issue new marching orders

I’ve been seeing a lot of videos about Ponce City Market’s recent restaurant closures, and decided to record an episode w/ an actual expert on it

But in short, these closures are cyclical and parking is not the problem, Atlanta corporate real estate is and the cycle of restaurants is about 5-10yrs

Today I saw the Monks for Peace Walk in Decatur with my mom and my dog, as they came up from ClayCo, and moving up Bouldercrest and then Candler Rd, moving to downtown Decatur!

Despite what social media says, everyone was actually quite respectful and really supportive!

NEW: Jan Crawford's attack on SCOTUS "corruption" narrative was its own substance-free narrative.

On Face the Nation, CBS News's chief legal correspondent went after Supreme Court critics as "dangerous." And yet, her court defense was completely lacking in specifics.

BlueSky seems to think that this was a request for celebration and the Streisand effect is it backfiring.

Someone risked their job to post this because they want you to know.

when they say "take the country back," they're not talking about winning elections
Republicans control literally every lever of federal power right now.
JD Vance: "If you miss Charlie Kirk…do you promise to take the country back from the people who took his life?"

I just finished Knives Out 3 and this probably should’ve been in a suburban or exurban megachurch with a greater emphasis on the exteriors of upper middle class suburban + the pov of isolation and how that informs religious-political worldview

I made it to the Graves Family Christmas House in Decatur!

The house is located off of Fontaine Dr and has been active for 45 years! Each year comes with a new set up, new decor, and theme.

The family does it all free of charge for the community and for those who want a little Christmas cheer!

This house in Decatur has tens of thousands of lights everywhere…it’s like the real life house in National Lampoon’s Christmas.

Truly breathtaking to this in person.
